High pressure centrifugal fans
Distinctions are made between thick and thin walled models of high pressure centrifugal fans. Thin-walled fans have an epoxy coating and can be supplied in ATEX versions as an option. Thick-walled fans are produced in various types of steel such as carbon steel Fe360, possibly zinc-plated, AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel and from Corten steel. Ask about the extensive options for your use. The various types have been listed in the table below in order of pressure.
High pressure centrifugal fans thick-walled
Pressure = 300 tot 25.000 Pa, Flow rate = 45 tot 180.000 m3/h
High pressure centrifugal fans thin-walled
Pressure = 225 tot 3.650 Pa, Flow rate = 50 tot 34.000 m3/h
Uses for high pressure blower fans:
- compressed air
- local extraction
- boosters for oil burner
- blowing-off water, for washed vegetables for example
- over pressure in quarantine areas
- gas displacement and transport through long pipes
- air supply to kilns
- waste water treatment
- smoke machine
- drying bulk goods
- central extraction blower
