Low pressure centrifugal fans
Distinctions are made between thick and thin walled models of low pressure centrifugal fans. Thin-walled fans have an epoxy coating and can be supplied in ATEX versions as an option. Thick-walled fans are produced in various types of steel such as carbon steel Fe360, possibly zinc-plated, AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel and from Corten steel. Ask about the extensive options for your use. The various types have been listed in the table below in order of pressure.
Low pressure centrifugal fans thick-walled
Pressure = 200 to 4.500 Pa, Flow rate = 700 to 650.000 m3/h
Low pressure centrifugal fans thin-walled
Pressure = 225 to 3.650 Pa, Flow rate = 50 to 34.000 m3/h
Uses for low pressure fans:
- for HVAC systems such as gymnasiums, company canteens, central air conditioning in buildings
- extraction from spray-painting booths
- air curtains
- server cooling
- heating systems
- extraction from workplaces where hazardous substances are used
- aerating conveyor belts
- blow drying
- installations where a high return is required:
- extraction for production facilities
- supply blower
